Dan was a great help. Needed back up fob for my car. Dealership was 2x price and would not include key. Dan sourced the right fob and communicated with me throughout the process. Final work coordinated near shopping where I could get errands run while he did programming and cutting. He offers warranty for his work but I doubt I’ll need it as the work was done so well the first time.

Dan did a great job fixing the lock on my front door. He was professional, courteous, and kept me updated while he was waiting for parts. He also was respectful of my time by giving me an approximate time of his arrival and promising to call when he was on his way with an exact time. He was right on time. Very nice guy too.

Our only key fob to our Volvo was stolen. With no spare key and no way to drive the car, Volvo customer service told me my only option was to tow the car to a Volvo dealership to have keys reprogrammed. Sure enough, Dan was able to get the job done saving me a $600+ tow bill and some other headaches. Never trust the dealership.
